Kate is the strategic architect behind BonBon Strategic. With a background in marine science and oceanography (yes, really), she brings the analytical rigor of scientific research to business operations - diagnosing root causes, architecting custom frameworks, and maintaining quality oversight across every client engagement.
She founded Say What Marketing in Baton Rouge, moved to New Orleans in 2021, and evolved the business into BonBon Strategic to better serve growing companies through the Collective model. While our core team operates globally, BonBon is proudly headquartered in New Orleans - bringing the city's creative, resourceful, and resilient spirit to every client engagement.
Kate leads strategic planning, owns client relationships, and ensures every partner in the BonBon network operates at the same high standard of clarity, integrity, and thoroughness. She's down-to-earth, no-B.S., and loves collaborating with creative entrepreneurs who want more out of life.

She also handles content creation, social media management, and a rotating roster of miscellaneous tasks that keep the business running smoothly. Her proactive approach and can-do attitude mean she's always several steps ahead, keeping the pipeline full and the team organized.

OPERATIONS GENERALIST
Leona is our Swiss Army knife for operational challenges — handling everything from internal ops (billing, proposals, SOPs) to client-facing work (HR manual consolidation, hiring campaigns, process documentation, spreadsheet systems). She's equally comfortable drafting a client's standard operating procedure or running an end-to-end recruitment process from job posting to initial interviews. Her versatility means she can jump into whatever operational gap needs filling and turn it into a structured, repeatable system.

PROJECT MANAGER
Ashanti is the central nervous system of our client engagements — tracking every project, task, timeline, and accountability touchpoint to ensure nothing falls through the cracks. With experience running PM operations for multiple clients through her own business, she brings battle-tested systems and a sharp eye for keeping complex engagements organized and moving forward. She's the reason our clients always know exactly what's happening and when.
